Rarer than rare Sag War Fare  This is the Numero Group legitimate 2nd press. The 1st issue recently sold for $5500 in a VG minus condition Anyhoo this is likely your only chance of having this 45 on vinyl Condition is VG + some hairlines and shelf wear, played a handful of times labels NM condition Plays great,  listen here YouTube link  https://youtu.be/L2aDkni_iRE for the actual 45 up for auction 
My grading is
Mint (Still Sealed) M-  Vinyl and sleeve like new, plays without any faults,  VG+. Vinyl may have some marks, hairlines, but will not affect play, labels will be clean, sleeve may have minor shelf wear  VG Vinyl May have some minor background noise, labels may have some marking, sleeve may have some minor flaws (any additional info will be in description
