Rare Decca SXL 2007 Blueback 1958 print cover    EXC-  WBG label VG- cover

Professionally cleaned, treated with LAST Record Preserver and FULLY Test played. This is the first year of Decca Stereo sales flipback cover printed in August 1958, 1st label  for this LP ('Original Recording' at 10 o'clock)

Rated EXC- LP/ very minimal visible paper scuffs in sunlight,  and only occasional light unrepetitive static mainly on run in and run off and in quietest  only passages.( ie normal vinyl replay) 

COVER VG- August 1958 print date, blueback laminated front and back!, scallop flipback cover (didja get all of that?) (that is the flipback seams are scalloped and the rear card is laminated also, specific to very early bluebacks it seems.

The cover suffers from some lamination lift and tearing from the front and back near the opening edge and bottom front, and a significant 2cm tear on opening bottom edge, also minor cover creases, signs of old writing on rear card, now rubbed off, and light ringwear (see numerous photos ) Now you know why its vg minus, but collectible due to early print)

Rarely ever seen in Australia.   LP test played after wet wash bath, treated with LAST.  'Last' record Preservative. (archive quality Vinyl preserver, said to minimise play related wear for upto 200 'plays')

This is the Highly sought after bluback edition, that semed to only appear on covers prior to sxl 2115 and prior to early 1960.
