Outstanding *first* pressing of EMI pressed Verve SVLP 9201 from 1968, The Velvet's game-changing White Light/White Heat.
Matrices V6 5046 A-2 V6 5046 B-1 with first 1/R, 1/G stampers.
The heavy vinyl LP is NM. The vulnerable black-on-black half laminated flipback G&L jacket featuring Billy Name's skull tattoo photograph has lovely crisp edges and tips, just a few light creases so a very fussy EX. The original unlined innerbag is EX+. Wonderful copy and bloody rare in this condition. You will be very lucky to find one better. The stereo mix is the one to have. That a mono mix was even made is frankly perverse, but I guess typical of the Lou who snuck into the studio to make his foggy 'Closet mix' of VU 3. Luckily we Brits had Val Valentin's first mix, but that's another story. Anyway... an amazing copy of a legendary record in the very first pressing the best mix and with the best jacket build out there. Got the picture?
Check all the pics.. and make the most of the enlargement facility!
The purge of the collection continues..... a varied batch this time around.

Regular clients will know that I keep my descriptions brief and to the point. If you are looking, I figure you will know what you are looking at. I would not presume to condescend nor would I wish to bore you to death. Used records play-checked on EMT 930/929/TSD15/TMD25 and cleaned when necessary on a Loricraft Pro II.
GRADINGS:
MINT (M): Brand new and unplayed. Perfect, no indications of being handled or played. I only use this grading if I know for sure the record has not been played.
NEAR MINT (NM): The record is virtually flawless, clean and shiny. Very minor, barely visible innerbag wear may be permitted, but no scratches. The disc should play with no audible noise. Jacket is as close to perfect.
EXCELLENT (EX): Record plays near perfectly, but may have minor paper scuffs that do not interfere with the sound quality. There can possibly be a non-sounding mark or two but nothing that affects play. Record is clean and shiny. Any issues with the jacket will be minor and described.
Because I have never collected records that are a lower grade than EX, you won’t be finding any for sale here.
Recorded Delivery world-wide shipping for security and peace of mind. Discounted postage for multiple purchases. Shipping is always at cost, including packing materials.
For one single LP: 25 US Dollars for the USA, the Far East and Australia, 18 US Dollars for Europe, 10 US Dollars for the UK.
I’m in the UK, so I obviously won’t be using USPS. Shipping will be calculated for each buyer and included in my invoice. There is NO flat rate.
I ensure that my records arrive with you in the same lovely condition they leave me, carefully packed in secure professional wraps with sheet polystyrene and cardboard packing. Shipping costs reflect packaging. I do not use bits of old cardboard box or those cheap flimsy envelope style mailers. Records are always packed out of their jackets.
I don’t like to say this, but if you cannot pay, please do not bid.
