AARDVARK - S/T LP
(UK STEREO - DERAM NOVA - SDN 17).
A sought-after original UK pressing of the self-titled debut LP by British prog group Aardvark (SDN 17, 1970 UK stereo pressing on Deram Nova Series).
Selling from my personal collection, I have owned this for several years and it has had very few plays. I have just cleaned the record and played both sides in full. The audio playback is superb with barely any background noise. There are a few crackles throughout the quieter part of Once upon a Hill. The organs and guitars sound outstanding.
The labels are lovely, bright and clean.
ZAL-9459.P-1W/ 9460.P-1W stamped matrix.
The record is in clean, near mint condition, each side displays some wispy/ hairline paper marks. The front laminated sleeve with rear viewing window is in strong EX condition.
Cover laminate is super bright, shiny and clean with a couple of small laminate creases. Back cover has some light age wear but is clean with no damage or rips, tears, pen marks etc. Grades a strong EX.
This is the STEREO version, I have not seen a copy in better condition than this one.
