Description

The rarest  SUNNYBOYS record, known as the 'Happy Birthday' EP. Its a 7 inch with 4 live tracks recorded in 1980, and runs at 33rpm instead of 45rpm.

They released this live EP to celebrate their 1st birthday. It was a give away at the band's first birthday show at Sydney's infamous Trade Union Club, in July 1981.

Released in July 1981. SMX 57856 (Mushroom records). Tracks:
* 'What You Need' * 'Why Do I Cry' * 'Want To Be Alone'
* 'Let You Go'
The cover has handmade elements, with hand stamped Sunnyboy logo and red lips. Comes with poster promoting their 'Happy Man' single.
The vinyl is red with no label. Both sides have the song titles etched in, as well as "JJ Live At The Rocks" on one side, and "Happy Birthday"  and the logo on the other side, along with dates recorded The names of the band members and "Love Women" with smiley face are etched in the run out groove on one side.

The cover has handling wear. The cover is bent along the top, creases along the top and sides.
Small corner tear, small spline tear at the bottom.  Also has marks and minor ring wear.
The poster has some handling wear and foxing marks.
The vinyl looks near mint. There area some very small dot type scratch marks, but not deep.

A must for any Sunnyboys fan!

I will send this in a box made for 7 inch records, then I'll fastened that box in a bigger box for added protection.
