SUE CHILDS ~ Introducing ... w/ J.R. Monterose. Rare 1965 private Jazz vocal LP.
STUDIO 4 (mono).
M- disc/VG+ cover. Disc looks and plays great. Cover has the fabrication coming apart a little at the top right, probably like that from the factory. Back cover has a promotions man's name and "not for sale" in ink (see pic). A nice copy of this rare LP. Personell: Sherman Mitchell, trombone; J.R. Monterose, tenor sax #1,5; Tony Sotos, tenor, baritone sax, flute; Bill Pasquale, guitar; Bruce Anderson, bass; Gaetan Caviola, drums; Sue Childs, vocals; Jerry La Furn, Sherman Mitchell, arranger. Studio 4, Rock Island, IL, early 1965 (from jazzdisco.org).
