STATUS QUO, ‘SPARE PARTS’ RARE *mono* ORIGINAL 1969 UK FIRST ISSUE PYE RECORDS VINYL LP, CATALOGUE No NPL 18301.
THERE SECOND UK ALBUM RELEASE ON THE PYE RECORD LABELS, WITH A VERY HEAVY QUALITY VINYL LP, IN ORIGINAL LAMINATED PICTURE SLEEVE.
Released in the UK in 1969 this original album is the rarer *mono* issue, and was Status Quo’s second UK album release.
Both record labels are in Excellent condition, clean record labels, with signs of a few play’s to the centre of each record label, and signs of wear to the spindle holes on each record label, and the initials ST have been written on side 2.
Side1 matrix NPL 18301A-2 T & side 2 NPL 18301B-2 T.
Both sides of the Heavy Quality Vinyl Disc are in Excellent condition, clean vinyl surfaces, showing only a few light surface hairlines .
The album plays without major faults through all the Tracks. The sound quality is superb. There is a small feelable scratch on track 3 side 1, i have listened to this track a couple of times, and no clicks can be heard, probably due to the heavy quality manufactured vinyl.
And is protected in it’s original laminated Sleeve and is in superb Excellent condition. No seam splits or tears, just a few small laminate pinches and a small crease at the bottom left corner, all edges and spine edge show minimal wear and are all free from splits. There is just mild signs of record storage to the reverse panel.
This is a nice example of this rare first issue 1969 mono UK LP from Status Quo.
