Released in 1968 on the first issue blue PYE label, I am offering today this original first UK MONO pressing of this hard to find debut album from THE STATUS QUO titled "PITURESQUE MESSAGES FROM THE STATUS QUO". The album contains such classic tracks including PICTURES OF MATCHSTICK MEN, ICE IN THE SUN, TECHNICOLOUR DREAMS, PARADISE FLAT, SHEILA, SPICKS AND SPECS etc. The vinyl is in clean Very Good + condition it shows lots of light scuffs bit nothing is feeable and it plays through with stunning audio needless to say there are no sticks skips or loud pops and very quiet in between the tracks and has clean labels
The album comes complete with its original Garrod & Lofthouse front laminated single sleeve which is in clean very good + condition, it has no splits or tears or unwanted writing etc. A very clean example.
This comes complete with its generic white inner which is clean with no splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
