Record Label: Prestige LP 7095
1956 album with Max Roach and Kenny Dorham. Recording engineered by Rudy Van Gelder. Yellow and black fireworks label with Bergenfield, NJ address. Deep groove. RVG in the dead wax.
EX/VG Sleeve is in nice shape. Laminated front has a bit of wear... top left corner is stubbed but all others fairly sharp. B&W back has light wear but no ring wear to speak of. Vinyl has visual scuffs and at least one nasty scratch on side two on the last song. Didn't skip on my turntable (Rega RP-6) but made a pretty loud pop. Otherwise, intermittent surface noise and occasional crackle or light pops.

Back of the album is AUTOGRAPHED by Sonny Rollins (see scan). I have no way to verify... I have looked at some of Rollins' signatures on the internet and this looks like it very well could be authentic. I'll let you be the judge. Signature is in ball point pen at the top middle of the back of the record sleeve.
Second pressing of this 1964 jazz classic with Sonny Rollins with The Modern Jazz Quartet. The Stars feature: Miles Davis, Kenny Drew, Percy Heath, Art Blakey, kenny Clarke, Roy Haynes and Percy Heath.
VG/EX - Record cover has considerable wear. Spine is split halfway down and top is split all the way. Dull corners... bottom right is stubbed. Vinyl has a few visual scuffs and hairlines... expect intermittent surface noise and an occasional crackle or light pop.
