SONNY CRISS -- Go Man! -- ex. rare, original 1956 U.S. album, Deep Groove Mono pressing on maroon Imperial label. Sublime masterpiece of Modern Jazz from alto sax great Sonny Criss, backed by Yeatis Clark, LeRoy Vinnegar and Lawrence Marable. Amazingly, Criss was only 24 years old when he recorded this. Original pressings of this on Imperial are extremely difficult to come by, especially in clean shape. See photo for track list. Cover: VG+, 2" split bottom right corner, ring wear and wear at corners, several light age stains on back cover bottom middle. Record: VG+/VG++, several light surface scuffs on Side One, overall very clean with beautiful gloss, on Imperial, U.S. press.
