Description
You are looking at The Rolling Stones album, Aftermath, on 12" Vinyl in Mono
This pressing is, I believe from 1966, the year of release.
Run out side 1 is stamped "XARL-7209-6B" with the tax code "KT" etched at the top and "BC" stamped at 2 o'clock. Run out side 2 is stamped "XARL-7210-6A" with the tax code "KT" etched at the top and "G" stamped at about 3 o'clock.
Other identifying features on the label:
It is grooved "BIEM" and "NCB" are boxed horizontally with "Mirage Music" above and "MCPS" below - on both sides The catalogue number has "XARL.7210" upside down with brackets above it, with "K/T" above that. Date is on both sides of the label No "S" code "Side 1" and "Side 2" to the right of the centre hole "MADE IN ENGLAND THE DECCA RECORD CO.LTD." at the top of the label.
The cover is laminated and credits "Clarifoil on the back
I have played the first track of each side and describe the condition as "Good+" - it's better than "Good" but not to the level of "Very Good"
"Good" is defined as:
"The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. "
Cover is "Good", defined as:
"The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc."
It has some damage to the spine which has some tape on it and a small stain patch at the top of the back cover.
The inside cover is, I think, original and in decent condition.
