1978 usa issued 2nd pressing(blue lettering) of punk garage rock action piledriver released on orchide label & housed in picture sleeve..

the sleeve has light creases/very light record impression/sticker stain. I would grade(vg+) in condition.

visually the record has a paint spattered effect on vinyl and is graded(vg+) in condition.

playing wise both sides play a strong(vg+) in condition.

both labels 100% clean.
