Description

1986 release on the SST label (SST 059). Never-opened, never-played copy; jacket and vinyl are completely mint. Not a cutout. Price sticker on front shrink wrap.

Ships promptly, well-packed in an LP mailer with stiffeners and bubble-wrap. LP packed out of jacket to prevent split seams. Payment due via PayPal within one week of auction close.

Please see my other auctions for additional vinyl, including more Sonic Youth; multiple wins – up to four LPs – get discounted shipping when shipped together. Shipping charges are as follows (double albums count as two LPs):

  • U.S.: $4.00 for one LP. Add $.50 for each additional LP
  • Canada: $8.50 for one LP (1st class international). Add $2.00 for each additional LP
  • Rest of world: $15.50 (1st class international) for one LP. Add $3.00 for each additional LP

Thanks for looking!

Overseas Buyers Please READ: Unlike many sellers, I ship via 1st class mail to save you  money; I will purchase a certificate of mailing but there is no tracking with 1st class. If you prefer tracking, please advise before paying, and I’ll charge actual cost of shipping/tracking plus materials. If you stick with 1st class, you agree not to charge me back through PayPal if your order does not show up (my certificate of mailing will be evidence that I performed on my end). Sorry, but I have no control over overseas customs or postal people, some of whom are known to be problematic, so please play by the rules.

Grading: Jacket/Vinyl

The LPs I’m listing now are from the collection of a dear friend who passed away. He was a serious music lover who took care of his stuff. Prior to listing, I examine each LP under natural and artificial light and, when anything is in question, I play it. Gradings:

NM = Near-mint, no signs of wear or play but opened. NM- typically means spindle marks or very light scuffing are the only evidence of use.

EX = Excellent. I’ll note what kept it from NM. Never includes jacket seam-splits or ring-wear, or anything on vinyl that audibly detracts from play.

VG = Very good, still enjoyable if you’ve been looking for this for your collection. All defects will be noted. I have very few of these ratings, usually just on albums where vinyl is NM but the VG jacket itself had been stored unprotected.
