Description
Very rare Slade PROMOTION SINGLE - plays at 33?. Originally sent to radio stations to promote the "Slade Alive" LP. Supplied in period Polydor company sleeve plus protective PVC wallet.
Matrix numbers on runouts: 2814008 A//1 11 2, 2814008 B//1 11 2.
I have machine-cleaned it and listened to both sides in full:
The A side (Hear me Calling) has scuff marks and minor scratches that cannot be felt with a fingertip. It plays without sticking or jumping, but with numerous low-level clicks. The B side (Get Down With It) has less sign of wear and plays much better: VG+.
Shipping will be tracked/signed at Royal Mail cost price inclusive of the 10% shipping fee imposed by Ebay.
I have graded the disc as VG overall: VG+ for the B side and Good+ for the A side (Record Collector grading system).
UK Shipping with full compensation cover (£500) - Royal Mail Special Delivery - will cost £8.50 inclusive of the 10% shipping fee imposed by Ebay.
