I didn't have a Heart album and a private collector from radio offered this to me along with the rest of their collection a couple decades ago and I couldn't refuse.  I'll be honest, I've had a tough time pricing this one.  The signatures are on a great album, but the name and date is kinda there.  People are listing for $1,000, selling for $500 on a full band signed....I don't know.  I really like Psychedelic Furs for example and if it was something I was missing and there was Becca 5/87 across it, I personally would still buy it as a fan, lol.  This is the first one that has stumped me on listing.  I think $150.  They are early 80's signatures - not so rushed, in biro pen (my choice with signing as a vintage feel), on an album that doesn't get signed too often.  So, it could be worth $300 but I am fine with letting this slide.  I'm moving in a couple years and can't take half of my collection.  Gotta find some good homes.  I left Buy It Now on for reasonable offers.
