Shellac - Futurist / Friends of, LP TEST PRESS PINK WAX 30 ONLY MADE (EU 2008) nbsp;VERY RARE PINK VINYL TEST PRESSING for the 2008 re-release of the rare "The Futurist" LP plus four bonus-tracks credited as "11 Ovens demo" The original 1997 "The Futurist" album was commercially not available & only distributed to the about 800 people/friends that were listed on the original front cover, hence it is also known as "Friends" Track-listing: Friends Only The Admiral Song Of The Minerals Friends Only Dog And Pony Show Porno Star. On this test press, the first track on each side is from the "Futurist" LP, credited here as "Friends Only". The remaining tracks on each side come from the "11 Ovens" demo. The regular re-release had official labels and was available on four different vinyl colour variants: Purple, Black, Green, & Yellow. Only this limited Test-Pressing had white labels and came on PINK Vinyl. This test-pressing comes with a plain white sleeve, white labels and an individually numbered insert sheet. The LP is in near mint condition and plays well on both sides. Please note, the LP does not sit 100% flat on the turntable but plays well.
