As follows:
RCA SER 4520-22.
Puccini Turandot.
3 LP Set, Original Grooved Stereo Pressings, Made In England.
Condition Vinyl:  All EX to EX+.
There are numerous very light surface marks, and some minor dulling to the sheen on the LPs. Most prominently to Sides and 5 and 6.
However, I have sample played all sides and the quality is very nice, there are a few isolated ticks and a few clicks, but nothing to spoil the enjoyment. 
A passage of light ticks audible for about one minute is audible about mid way across Side 5.
A professional clean may benefit.
Please do not expect perfect sound quality, priced to sell.
All sides have -1S matrix numbers.
I think the inner sleeves are not the original ones, they are dated 1968.

The libretto front and rear sovers have come away from the staple, see photo, easily repaired.
