Mushroom MR 2006 - 1971 UK

On sale an original copy of the second album by the UK progressive group SECOND HAND, issued in 1971 by the MUSHROOM label and housed in an odd laminated cover.
This is the first issue of this album, which was released again in 1972 with a different track called "Funeral".

The record is currently valued 250 Pounds on 2016 Record Collector Price Guide.

COVER - The laminated cover is in VG+ to EX condition, with some creases along the left seam and in the bottom left corner, where there is a very small cutout (visible in the pictures below). The top and bottom seams are solid, side titles are perfectly readable.

INNER - Original standard white inner with black "Patent no." and "Made in England" text.

VINYL - Bright and shiny with just a few superficial marks, plays well with very light surface noise only in quietest parts and the odd low click here and there.
My grading is EX.
Record playgraded using a Shure V15-Type III stylus at 1.5gr.

MATRIX NUMBERS - Machine stamped, 200 MR6A-3 and 200 MR6B-3

LABELS - Original glossy white labels with brown Mushroom logo, in perfect condition with no tears or writing.

In vendita una copia originale del secondo album del gruppo prog inglese SECOND HAND, uscito per la Mushroom nel 1971 con una curiosa copertina laminata.
Questa è la PRIMA edizione di questo disco, che venne ristampato l'anno successivo con un brano aggiuntivo dal titolo Funeral.

Il disco è valutato 250 Sterline nell'ultima edizione (2016) della Record Collector Price Guide.

COPERTINA - La copertina singola interamente laminata è in condizioni tra il VG+ e l'EX, con varie pieghe lungo la costa e nell'angolo in basso a sinistra, dove c'è anche un minuscolo taglio (visibile in fotografia). I lati superiore e inferiore sono integri e i titoli laterali perfettamente leggibili.

BUSTA INTERNA - Busta originale in carta bianca con scritte nere "Patent no." e "Made in England".

VINILE - Pulito e brillante, ha solo un paio di graffi superficiali e suona bene con minimo rumore di fondo e alcuni piccoli clic nelle parti a volume più contenuto. Valutazione EX.
Disco suonato con una testina Shure V15-Type III del peso di 1.5 gr.

NUMERI DI MATRICE - Stampigliati a macchina 200 MR6A-3 e 200 MR6B-3

ETICHETTE - Originali lucide di colore bianco con logo Mushroom marrone, in condizioni perfette senza strappi né scritte.
