MOTHERS OF INVENTION FREAK OUT! VERVE V6-5005-2
- STILL SEALED There is some ring-wear in the back & some slight ring-wear in the front. There is a 3 inch by 1/4" opening in the shrink in back & a 9" opening at the front top which is about 1" wide for about 3 inches and less than 1" for 6. There is a little wear at the very top corner tip of the spine.
From what I can see on Discogs, the Verve V6-5005-2 gatefold sleeves, are the same (on the outside) regardless of pressing from 1966 to 1976. So unless you have some knowledge I don't, I can only say this was pressed within those, pre bar code, years. It has a $3.79 price tag on it which (if it was sold in a retail outlet or record store) could indicate a very early pressing but as the price tag does not have a store name on it, it really can't be counted on. I bought it at the Estate sale of a former collector.
