SAX 2388 stereo, on the original 1st issue light blue and silver COLUMBIA label from 1961. with front laminated flip back early cover.

CONDITION:
DISC: The disc is visually stunning, but is not perfect.
Side 1 grades EX+
but side 2 grades VG+ this is due to a very fine scratch, which is not particularly easy to see, but runs across most of the side. It is hard to tell, but this fine scratch seems to get very slightly firmer towards the end of its run, (that is, running towards the label), and is at this point, possibly or very slightly feelable. If you listen carefully, this fine scratch does cause some very light ticks in it's later stages, these are quite faint and not continuious, although there are times when repetative light ticking does occur and the ticks are very slightly heavier just before it ends. There is a much smaller and less significant fine surface scuff on side 2 and if it were not for this scuff and the mentioned scratch, side 2 would also grade as EX+
Audibly the music is strong and dominates, but if you listen for it, the record does play with some general light background.
