Description
I'm currently Selling Reggae, Roots, Dub and Ska from a collection I aquired that had not seen light of day for many years. Unlike much old Rare Reggae these have not been played to death and mostly are not defaced in the way many singles were.
This EXCELLENT quality copy of the sought after single by BURNING SPEAR 'MARCUS GARVEY' / 'MARCUS GARVEY VERSION' was released on the Jamaican MART'S label in 1974. It has survived with only minor surface scuffs (not affecting sound).
The single has amazing STUNNING VIRTUALLY UNMARKED LABELS with NO writing, Stickers or tears, one tiny mark top right 'A' side (see pics for exact condition)!!!
The single 'A' Side PLAYGRADES in EXCELLENT+ condition with only minor intro noise on the 'A' side whilst the 'B' Side playgrades at VG+ due to some background noise (the blight of Jamaican presses). Overall giving the single a grading of EXCELLENT and rarely comes up for sale in any country. It is supplied in a plain sleeve and its poly sleeve for dust protection.
Rare Record Collector Grading: EX (Excellent)
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have some wear/tear and / or creasing.
