A very first Uk press on Decca Records from 1967

This is a true mono mix and not the stereo fold down to mono that followed later.
The vinyl has been play tested and professionally cleaned. It sounds fantastic. It retains its original sheen and whilst there are spindle marks noticeable, it certainly hasn't been overplayed.
There are 3 light scuffs on side one but nothing that affects play.
Side two is very clean but there has been water damage sustained to the centre label.
Overall it just falls short of Excellent condition so graded as Very Good plus.
The gatefold, lenticular sleeve is in Very Good condition. It is fully intact and has the much darker blue surround on the front cover that is consistent with the very first pressings.
It has had some contact with water at some stage and the bottom of the sleeve has that wavy feel about it. Inside it has been stuck together and some of the print has come away. Please see photos.
The red inner sleeve is intact with a 1cm split to the bottom but in Very Good condition
Overall this is a fantastic copy. We have taken time to point out all the negative points but nothing can get away from the fact that it is a super rare and amazing sounding copy.
