We use USPS for light packages and DHL for heavier items. We use USPS to international locations.
6.5% sales tax added to purchases within the state of Florida.
We offer reduced shipping when more than one auction win is sent to one address. The precise discount will be dependant upon the size, shape and weight of the items purchased, but as a general rule, additional items will be shipped at a 50% discount of the posted rate.
We normally ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
Insurance claims for lost or damaged packages are refunded to you and this typically take four to six weeks. Rarely is a claim ever necessary.
Returns Policys:We accept returns if notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
