THE ROLLING STONES - 'LET IT BLEED'
This early UK 1st STEREO pressing dates from initial December 1969 release on the unboxed blue & silver Decca label: SKL.5025
The 'JT' purchase tax code is present in both run-outs
Matrix numbers: XZAL-9363-P-3W & XZAL-9364-P-3W
Stamper codes: 1/I & 1/A
Vinyl weight: 137g
Housed in the a front laminated cover printed by the first company thought to have produced these covers: 'Senol Printing Limited'
The rear panel has a mono/stereo indicator but there is no sticker on the front
Complete with blue & white printed inner-sleeve crediting 'The London Bach Choir', later blocked-out/removed at their insistence
This copy also comes with its original Victor Kahn designed full colour poster measuring 52 x 47 cms (approx. 20.5" x 18.5")

A clean & bright pair with light spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT -
Extremely clean playing surfaces which retain all of their deep-gloss shine, with the only significant blemish in strong daylight being a 3.5cm non-feelable surface mark on side 2. Closer inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals a number of light wispy paper-type hairlines but nothing I would call a scratch.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT
This carefully played and well looked-after copy sounds warm and full and is free from any groove/playwear distortion on any track or either channel. My single careful play-check at volume detected a touch of low-level vinyl background on some of the quieter passages but no clicks, pops, jumps or any other audible distraction of any kind.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A superb strong & unworn example which retains a superb unscratched high-gloss laminate with just three tiny wrinkles towards front opening edge but no other signs of wear at all. There is a slight bump to the upper right corner but all are sharp & unworn as are both opening edges. The exposed, unlaminated rear panel is perfectly clean & unblemished.
Both seams are smooth & unstressed and the spine is in perfect unworn shape.
Inner-sleeve: VERY GOOD +
General storagewear creasing but no writing, seam splits or tears.
Poster: NEAR MINT
