For sale is the 1971 album "Hot Rocks: 1964-1971" from The Rolling Stones. This is the very rare "Shelley Mix." The name Shelley is etched on each side (except for side 2). There was a mishap at the factory and alternate versions of "Brown Sugar" and "Wild Horses" were put on the album. These are only clips and fade out after a certain amount of time so nobody tries to record the entire recordings. This is a real piece of rock history that does not come around very often. These sell on such websites as www.discogs.com for upwards of $300.00. Here's your chance to own this rare copy of these 21 classic songs by one of the greatest rock bands in history. The name Shelley is clearly hand etched and not machine pressed. Notice how each side has a different spelling of "Shelley" making this copy more rare than the other ones out there. Most copies of this "Shelley Mix" have more consistency in the spelling. This album is more unique than anyone could imagine due to the variations. The differences make this one unique, maybe even one of a kind. Side one reads "Shelley XZAL 11015" Side two reads "XZAL 11016 11-18-71" Side three reads "XZAL 11017 Shelly" with a very long "y" Side four reads "XZAL 11018 11-18-71 Shlley" Each of the sides has "Sterling" stamped onto it.
