I’m convinced this is a very good forgery. I bought this for $100 about 10 years ago from a guy in Encino CA who turned out
to be rather notorious. From what I put together from meeting him & talking to 4 or 5 other guys who dealt with him is that he
was an artist, draftsman, sound technician & autograph collector who worked some of the bigger Sunset Strip & San Francisco clubs
when he was young. He apparently fell on hard times, needed $ so he started selling off his rather large autograph collection. Records were
only a very small part of it. He was making so much money he decided to put his art/drafting skills to work & make his own autographs.
I’m now convinced this was a forgery. See what you think. Regardless I’m just trying to get out what I put into it & since Van Halen
records have doubled in price lately it may be now or never. It does look great in a frame. It plays NM mainly because it's been in a frame.

NM Near Mint plays like new with no more than a couple insignificant defects.
EX Plays just a bit short of NM
VG+ Used but not abused. Will have some audible imperfections but no serious problems.
VG A well used record that still sounds OK but will have some pops &/or surface noise but nowhere near the volume of the music
VG- A very worn record that plays through without repeating or has a skip that loses more than a couple of notes/words.
