Rolling Stones Have You Seen Your Mother LP

If you are reading this you probably know a great deal more than I do about this release. Suffice to say it is a Decca promotional UK pressing for the US market of the Stones' first live album Got LIVE If You Want It.

It comes in the same artwork as Got LIVE... featuring live photos, backed with the classic Gered Mankowitz shot, but crucially has the title Have You Seen Your Mother LIVE! on both front and back instead The catalogue number is SKL 4838.  I am selling it for a friend who does not go on eBay but tells me that this record worth a bit. I haven't had much luck finding out specifically how much so far, but I imagine that the value is dependent on condition. So what condition is it in? I hear you ask. Well, overall both vinyl and sleeve are, I would say, 'Fair'.

The vinyl has no big, unforgivable scratches but does show signs of its age with general scuffs and wear. The record has been housed in what looks like the original inner bag with plastic lining so it has had a stable home for its life. The sleeve is one of those classic 1960s sleeves with a glossy front pic folded over the back which is matt. Both sides show signs of aging and wear but crucially there are no tears. There are several 1cm long creases on the front cover done where the spine is and in the bottom corner by the opening, the gloss has worn through to the cardboard beneath due to constant removal and reinsertion of the inner bag.
