PLEASE READ FIRST!

Please be aware that I VISUALLY GRADE my records as I do not have access to a record player. I cannot guarantee that discs will be click, skip and noise free (although any marks that may cause such problems will be highlighted in the description).

THE ROLLING STONES - Have You Seen Your Mother LIVE!
HOLY GRAIL UK DECCA STEREO EXPORT!
Original 1966 STEREO 1st Press with Grooved Labels!

On offer here is one of the true holy grails of Rolling Stones record collecting!

This is an original 1st press STEREO pressing of the UK Decca EXPORT ONLY LP 'Have You Seen your Mother LIVE!' that has the unboxed Decca logo and, more importantly, GROOVED labels!

This Rolling Stones LP was never released in the UK, but Decca UK ran off a tiny, tiny amount with it's own unique catalogue number specifically for export to Scandinavia and Germany. From what I can see, there are three distinct presses - the 1st has the unboxed logo and grooved labels, the 2nd has unboxed logos and no groove on the labels, and the 3rd has a boxed logo.

Out of these three, the 1st press is by far the hardest to find! The record on offer here is of this mega rare first press from 1966!

So incredibly hard to find - a true holy grail for both Rolling Stones vinyl collectors, and vinyl collectors in general. These hardly ever turn up for sale now so here's your chance to finally fill that gap in your record collection!!

Please check out large, detailed photos of this record at the bottom of this listing.

Title Have You Seen Your Mother LIVE! Group The Rolling Stones Format Stereo Year of Release 1966 Catalogue Number SKL 4838 Label Blue Decca with grooved label and unboxed logo Tax Code on Disc KT Sleeve Manufacturer British Celanse Limited Side 1 Matrix Number ZAL-7517-1W Side 2 Matrix Number ZAL-7518-1W Side 1 Stampers 1 / C Side 2 Stampers 1 / I Sleeve Condition The sleeve is in EX- condition. The cover has a really nice, clean laminate shine to it with barely any rubbing and just some light creases around the edges. Such a clean front cover! Seams and spine are all holding fine with no splits or tears of any kind. The back is very clean with no rubbing into the back graphic. A small name has been written at the top right corner in blue pen as you can see in the photos below. Overall, very nice, clean example! Inner Sleeve Condition The inner sleeve is in VG condition. The original plastic-lined stereo Decca inner sleeve is included. Holding up okay with some light creasing on the corners, a little worn at the mouth edge and small splits in the middle of each seam side. Inserts Condition - Disc Condition
(VISUALLY GRADED) The disc is in VG+/EX- condition. The disc has a clean surface to it bar a couple small finger smudges (I'll let the winning bidder deal with those). There are some light scuffs and marks here and there but nothing at all nasty or serious looking. All in all, looking very decent. Label Condition The labels are in EX/NM condition. Both labels are clean with bright silver text and has no writing or damage to them. Clean, blue colour to both, each having some light spindlewear and a slight touch of whitening around the centrehole.

All records have been visually graded under a strong, 125W natural light desk lamp.

Records are posted out tracked and insured (where applicable) to comply with eBay and PayPal seller protection policy.

The P+P costs given on each auction are for that auction only. If you win more than one auction please wait until I've
sent you out an amended invoice to combine postage.

All LPs will be mailed out in a strong, corrugated cardboard LP mailing box with the LP outside the sleeve and extra
sheets of corrugated cardboard will be used where applicable.

My Vinyl Grading:

MINT No true preowned disc can be mint. The highest I will ever grade a disc is NM+/M- if it looks untouched and unplayed, but the MINT description will only be for records I personally know have never been played (i.e. I personally bought from new) or for copies that are still sealed. NEAR MINT (NM) For discs that look near flawless and which may have just the slightest, barely visible little whispy marks here and there. EXCELLENT (EX) For discs that still retain a brilliant, clean shine but does have some light scuffs here and there. VERY GOOD (VG) For discs that still look clean and have a nice shine to them, but do have a fair amount of light scuffmarks and/or some light scratches. GOOD (G) For discs that look like they have been loved and have a fair amount of scuffs and surface scratches. Not in terrible condition, but would look like it would play with a lot of crackle. FAIR (F) For discs that may have some life left in them but are pretty trashed with numerous surface scuffs and heavier scuffs and scratches etc POOR (P) For discs that are unplayable and look completely trashed. Discs like this would only ever be offered if they were insanely rare.
