Original 1st US pressing of Ringo’s Starr 3rd studio album “Ringo” released by Apple Records on November 2, 1973. Even though it’s considered to be the 3rd album, in fact it’s Ringo’s 1st true solo studio album. Ringo treated this project very seriously and asked the producer Richard Perry to be in charge of the album’s recording which many famous musicians participated in featuring Marc Bolan and The Band’s members as well as Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison. As for me, this album indeed turned out great and deserves its place in every The Beatles collection. The copy listed for auction remains factory sealed and based on the presence of a hype sticker represents a very early 1st pressing. Affixed to the shrink wrap at the top right corner of the front cover, the original “Printed in U.S.A.” sticker measures 2” reading “Includes the Hits! Oh My My / You’re Sixteen / Photograph”. Besides the title of 3 singles, the sticker contains the “SWAL-3413” catalog number. Original 1st batch misprint uncorrected gatefold cover with a magnificent design indicating “Hold On” which subsequently was corrected to “Have You Seen My Baby”. Just like the other 1st pressing copies of this album, this copy contains inside a 22-page illustrated booklet with the lyrics of the album’s songs and accompanying drawings by Klaus Voorman who created the legendary cover artwork for The Beatles’ “Revolver” album.

It’s incredibly hard to find a very early 1st pressing factory sealed Mint copy of this album. The fully intact shrink wrap doesn't have any splits or tears having the original breathe holes, two on each side of the album.
