Revolver by the Beatles.

Highly prized UK mono first pressing with remix 11 of Tomorrow Never Knows. These were first day copies hastily withdrawn & as such are rare & much sought after among aficionados.

Firstly, the record:

Visually both sides show very light signs of use commensurate with a record that's been moderately used but not abused. Please zoom in on the pictures as they make up part of the description.

I've had it professionally cleaned so it's nice & shiny & this has also optimised playback.

Sounds great from beginning to end with quiet run ins & no particular deterioration in sound quality - deep & warm like a good bath as UK sixties mono copies should be.

The litmus test on these is usually Here, There & Everywhere but even that sounds pretty good on this copy.

Secondly, the sleeve:

G & L flipback version.

Clean & unmarked with no particular flaws apart from light edge wear & I suppose slightly rounded corners. Spine is good & sharp.

It comes with a clean emitex inner.

Further notes: Label misprint involving extra dot on Sold in the UK caption on side A.

Not a museum piece but a very decent, playable example of one of the ultimate Beatles holy grail items at a decent starting price.
