Description

Master of the Piedmont style blues, gospel and ragtime guitar, here,from my own collection are Rev Gary Davis's last sessions wonderfully recorded on Biograph as Vol 1& 2 offered here together to insure a full experience for the listener of the Reverends swan song. His work has aged like fine wine, a bit slower in pace yet remarkably expressive and emotionally poignant note for note song by song. Last song , I will do my Last Singin in This Land is quite something! Fabulous condition thick vinyl, c 1972 original pressing with jacket and inner sleeve in fine condition as well. This rare out of print duo represents an excellent additon for a vinyl collector guitarist or fan of roots music. International buyers welcome, pay applicable duties in own country.
