Description
Up for auction: "Trombone By Three". Exceedingly rare jazz LP featuring music from Jay Jay Johnson, Kai Winding, and Bennie Green. 1957 issue on Prestige Records, #PRES 16-4. Plays at 16 RPM. Please see the last photo for track listing. Features the rare Andy Warhol "Pipers" cover.
Condition: the LP grades visually as VG+, some light marks and fingerprints, no feelable scratches. Very little evidence of play, clean labels. I can't test the record because of the odd speed, but it looks like it should play without issues. The cover is VG, noticeable foxing and yellowing from age. Solid seams and spine, price written in marker on back near the top right corner.
