This bootleg came out around 2002 and only 100 were pressed.
The way to tell the difference between the boot and the regular version (apart from the run out grooves,above info is correct-but boot also has 'family tree' on one side and 'disco' etched in the skye side) is the boot has the word "promo" (in black) printed on the white label.
This is a copy that have a plain white label......the ones with the "promo" printed on them are even rarer as there were only a handful made with the printing on the label.
