BUD POWELL LP THE AMAZING BUD POWELL VOL I (Blue Note BLP 1503).


     Ear & RVG etched in dead wax. 161 Lexington Ave NYC label. Disc has rounded edge w/ deep groove on both sides. w/ Sonny Rollins, Roy Haynes & Max Roach.  (Matrix # "RVG BN-LP-1503 A/B").



DISC  VG

   Play grading reveals low-level background noise w/ the odd pop. I still drew immense pleasure from this very heavy platter. The music sounds very rich. I spotted no groove degradation. No skips, warps or truly harsh noise on my average turntable. Light marks & scratchlets throughout.


COVER  VG-

   5" top split, 5" bottom split & 8" spine split. Speckling on front & water stain on back. Print is all readable. Free of stickers, c/o marks, color fading & tape. Fine label: Sharp-cut hole w/ faint transparent spindle brushings. To my eyes, this cover still holds nice visual appeal.



To save you money, we combine multiple items. Securely packed in extra padding w/ disc removed from jacket.
