UP NEXT - A WEEK'S WORTH OF GOOD JAZZ LPS! This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1973 U.S. BLACK JAZZ RECORDS LP titled 'The Second Coming' from tenor sax man Rudolph Johnson. It is Black Jazz Records catalog number BJOD/11, stereo/quadraphonic compatible. Personnel: Rudolph Johnson-tenor sax & arranger / Kirk Lightsey-piano / Kent L. Brinkley-bass / Douglas J.Sides-drums. Tracks: The Traveler, Time And Space, The Highest Pleasure, The Water Bearer, The Second Coming. Visual condition of record is a high VG+/VG++ with a few very small surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play. Record plays through nicely with a little bit of widely scattered light surface noise. Condition of cover is VG+ with the original shrinkwrap still surrounding the cover, a small drill hole near the upper right corner indicating a promo or a cutout copy, small 1/2" beginnings of splits at both right-hand corners, a little contact and ring wear, and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. This LP would be a nice addition to any modern jazz record collection!
