The Beatles a.k.a. White Album- New Zealand 1980's Parlophone label with DEMO sticker
This is one of the last pressings of this LP made in New Zealand. It is a side opening cover complete with the portraits.This LP has a DEMO sticker attached which was common for LPs either given away to record reviewers or as advance copies for Record retailers - either way these LPs are RARE!
The matrix numbers hand written in the dead wax area are as follows:
side 1: YEX 709
side 2: YEX 710
side 3: SWBO 3-101.J48 #3
side 4: SWBO 4-101-J45 #5
Assuming the catalog number is read at 6 o'clock then the Scranton logo appears at 3 o'clock on sides 3 and 4.
