 Obscure modern soul out of Georgia recorded in  New Jersey (I have seen it sell on ebay for  over $ 140.00)

I have a bunch of soul 7's to list..we'll see how this one goes ...last one of these  I saw went for around $140 . in LESSER VG condition...this one is MINT





I will always combine shipping items ---at COST!

-PACKAGING: I pay $1.00 for new LP mailers and I give nearly 4% to Paypal for the item AND  shipping I also  spend $100,s on proper bags, tape ,foam wrap,bubble wrap etc..whatever I think I would want if I were receiving the package ..so everything is VERY WELL PACKED!
-on a priority mail envelope it costs $4.80 to ship it + 4+% =.19 added to the $4.80  this comes out to $4.99 (which does NOT include all my packing materials  ..or gas lol)
so PLEASE go easy on me..

-SHIPPING TIME: I usually  ship same day if you pay by 3:00 est if you pay a week late it may not go out the same day because I have been waiting for you to pay all week  but  I still can generally can ship it in 1 business day ,but please realize if you choose Media Mail ,understand it can take 9 business days This is NOT my fault so..
