Here is a brief summary...Their classic second album with blind man text on the back of the flipbacked sleeve...Plays GREAT..,Sleeve VG...Full details below...


Issued in January 1965 on the Decca label...LK 4661...UK Mono pressing in a front laminated lightweight James Upton sleeve with top and bottom flipbacks complete with polylined Decca inner sleeve..(To my mind,the flipback sleeves are more elusive than those without flipbacks)...The labels show the KT tax code (As do the run out grooves)...The mothers and stampers are 1C and 1HC which indicate that it's an early copy off the press..


Both sides of the record are clean and undamaged with only a few light hairlines and scuffs...Nothing serious....They still have a nice sheen as well...


As with all my records,I play them all the way through with a Shure cart tracking at 2G...You need to know exactly what you are getting and I am not going to guess how it sounds by a quick glance!...


This plays really well and the tiny scuffs do not cause any audio problem...In fact,I noted no defects to the sound quality!!!...No clicks or pops ...It doesn't stick or jump...It's not dished and has no edge warps...Fantastic sound quality as well!..


The labels are undamaged but there are visible spindle trails so it has had regular (but careful play)....


The front laminated sleeve has a few defects....A few laminate creases and a few stress marks around the edges...A little scuffing to the picture of Bill on the back sleeve...Slight ageing to the back...There are no major defects or damage...


The Decca inner sleeve has visible creasing....
