Description

Private label pressing from 1977 of very rare UK folk rock album in immaculate mint condition, and including the very scarce insert.

Has a couple of slightly dull pseudo-medieval singalong songs, but the remaining ten tracks are excellent UK folk rock in a similar vein at times to Finn MacCuill’s Sink Ye Swim Ye, with a lovely mix of acoustic/electric instrumentation.  The group feature four-part male/female vocal harmonies on most tracks, with lead female vocals on a couple of songs, including the beautiful ‘Glencoe’.

This is on the band’s own Priory label (catalogue number is PRST 0001), but the run-out groove reveals it was actually pressed for them by Deroy (with a catalogue number of DER 1393).

Back sleeve and inner paper sleeve (see photos) are signed by the musicians, cover and disc are both in beautiful condition.  You'll never see a better copy than this!
