This is due to fact that a forgien buyer claimed product was undelivered and requested money returned. even with a proff of delivery I was unable to recliam money. he got records for free.

unfortunatly not every buyer is honest.

also i reserve the right to refuse a customer that has been shown through feedback to be uncooperative and a negitive member of ebay community

i sold 400 records last listing, all were happy but one

his feedbacks show he is not a responsible member

he recieved many negitives from sellers who said he is never happy and uncommunitive and warned not to sell to him.
