You are bidding on a copy of R.E.M.'s "Chronic Town"; I.R.S. Records E.P., cat.#SP 70502. 1982, 1st U.S. original pressing with gargoyle vinyl labels. Sterling.  Vinyl is NM,sounds excellent. Cover is VG++. Previoous owner used the cover as a hard surface to write on and left a few impressions on it, but they can only be seen if held in the right light and no ink was left. Also has a slightly dinged corner. Not bad, just trying to be accurate. Most sellers would list the cover as NM. Includes the original  I.R.S. Records sleeve, also NM. Great copy.  You would be hard-pressed to find a better version of this classic,early E.P. from this classic band. V.P.I. cleaned on 9/10/15.  FREE SHIPPING!
