Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped pressing of Dorothy Ashby “Hip Harp” on the West 50th St. labels of Prestige PRLP 7140.  The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once.  The laminated West 50th St. cover is in extraordinary near-new condition – bright and clean throughout – with just a clean 1 ½” split on the top seam, at the opening.  Original glassine inner sleeve is included.  Personnel include Frank Wess, Herman Wright, and Art Taylor.  $750.00
