Description

You are bidding for the 1986 R.E.M. promo from Life's Rich Pageant for Superman. CBS/Sony label ref XDSP 93083

According to R.E.M. collector´s handbook/price guide "Remnants the R.E.M." this is one of the second rarest of collectable R.E.M. releases (only topped by their 1st pressing Hib-tone debut)

The single itself is in near mint condition with no scratches or marks, The sleeve is in excellent condition, with minor ring wear as you would expect from a thin paper sleeve. The sleeve has a small amount of writing on the front as seen in the picture, but it does not take anything away from the wonder of this record.

The tracks are: A) Timbuk3 - The Future's So Bright, I Gotta Wear Shades B) R.E.M. Superman

There were only around 1,000 of these singles produced making it the rarest of all of the promo singles released. Due to this record being extremely rare, I have set a very reasonable reserve on this lot.
