This is an early RCA Victor Living Stereo 45 Company Sleeve. SLEEVE ONLY. There is NOT a record with the sleeve. Moderate overall wear (light bending in the corners, couple of tiny tears along the top edge, overall yellowing). Please NOTE there are staple holes in ALL four corners. No split seams.
