Please note: for proper balances on playback, all 2-track tapes must be played on a 2-track machine. Playback on a 4-track machine will not give even weight to the channels and may not be satisfactory.

This recording was originally issued on LP in mono only as part of the Mozart symphony set on RCA LM-6035 in 1957, and was never available in stereo as a full-price Red Seal LP. Its first LP issue in stereo did not come until May of 1969, when it appeared on the Victrola budget line on VICS-1366.
The first reference I can find to this 2-track tape comes in the Harrison Catalog covering January-March of 1956, so it was thus the first issue of this recording in stereo - and its only stereo issue for over a decade.

The tape is in excellent condition; the box shows only very minor shelf wear and a tiny tear on the front where a price sticker was removed (see photo).
