RAY BARRETTO LP ACID (Disc Jockey Records 118.001). Released 1969.
New York City Lain Jazz Soul Funk from 1969. "A Fania Recording." (This is the original French release on Disc Jockey Records. Dig the different cover on this original French pressing. Beautiful lustrous cover illustration. Stereo pressing with the eight & a half minute cut "Espiritu Libre." "El Nuevo Barretto" (6:49) closes this album!
Liner notes by Jacques Barsamian. Cover looks fairly nice. Disc is in pretty fine shape: No scratches or ripples on the shiny platter surface. Very nicely cared for. Label also looks great.

No seam splits, ink spills, puncture holes, cut-out marks, or price tags, or water damage. Slight ring wear. Illustration & print are sharp and are free of sun washout. Hardly any corner banging. Beautiful label is free of marks, stains, writing & scuffs. Sharp cut hole with faint transparent spindle brushings.
DISC - VG++
Very well cared for: No substantial scratches. Nice surface sheen. The surface stain on side B, cut 1 will likely be inaudible with no scuffing present there. There are no skips & the platter is quite flat with no warping. Album has been stored upright in a climate-controlled environment.
