Rare vinyl lp: I.D. ART NO. 2 - Los Angeles Free Music Society, LAFMS#02, 5 inserts included, including the known three (pink sheet with track listing, dating application and certificate of achievement with gold sticker), plus two more (booklet, Xerox art) not sure if they should even be here or not, but they were all in the record when I bought it); paste-on full-color cover; released in 1976. V/A compilation with Smegma, Le Forte Four, and many others.

Condition: VG+/VG+ (vinyl is close to EX but has some soft scuffs plus two 1/8-inch scratches at the end of side one that cause ticks; jacket/art have some small edge tears, smudges/spots, corner wrinkles, nothing too heavy).
