- Private release written and produced by OTTO GOMEZ on MASTERPIECE RECORDS (NEW YORK, USA).
- Shiny HIGH-GLOSS vinyl is visually VG+ to EXCELLENT (with some light hairlines and scuff markings here and there); labels are a nice VG+ (includes a date-stamp on each side).
