Description
This auction includes the original 7" reel to reel tape and box "Axis: bold as Love" by Jimmy Hendrix .Reprise RST 6281-C stereo 4 track tape7 1/2 IPS. Tape is in good condition for age and plays well.. I listened to it. The box is in average good used condition showing shelf wear and age. Paypal and USPS money orders ship immediately, other money orders and all checks hold for clearance. Multiple purchases of tapes or records can combine shipping...I will figure after auctions are over to save you money on shipping.
I didn't realize this tape was as rare as it is. Because the bids are above what I expected I re-listened to it to make sure of condition. I discovered that at the start of the tape it has some waviness to it (the tape itself...not the sound). It smooths out as the tape plays. It still sounds good with good sonics, but I wanted to let buyer/bidders know that its not perfect. I didn't see any gunk built up on the tape, though the box is described as average, not mint. If anyone wants to cancel their bids that's OK with me...not a problem. I'm listening to this again as I type this and it sounds nice...crisp and clean (I'm a musician).
