On offer here is an original Stereo 1st pressing of 'Let It Bleed' on the Decca label. this copy is the mega rare unboxed logo pressing and comes complete with the stickered sleeve, poster and stereo custom inner. Not only that but this set is in a truly awesome condition! One of, if not the best I have ever seen!!!

This was the Stones' last LP of the 60's and the first released cotaining original material written after Brian Jones' departure and death. What Beggars Banquet started Let It Bleed continued in huge leaps and bounds and as such is continually called one of the greatest albums that the Stones' ever released! A phenomenal mix of R&B and blues with added rock and roll for good measure!

This album was released in mid 1969, just a few short months before Decca re-designed their LPs labels to give them a boxed logo. Although mono copies are quite easy to find with the unboxed logo it is very difficult to find their unboxed stereo counterpart. I have a theory for this. I reckon that the mono presses came out first and then the stereo presses appeared at a later date. After all, if stereo was the more dominant format how come hardly any 1st presses of it exist whilst the mono ones are in an abundance? I reckon the stereo unboxed copies came out just before Decca changed their label designs, hence why finding them today is incredibly hard!

Just look around on eBay! Dozens of mono copies, and nearly all the stereo ones have the boxed logos. Only a very tiny percentage of the stereo copies have the unboxed logo so they must have only been available to buy for an extremely short, limited amount of time!

This is an awesome copy of this incredibly rare, collectible LP. Because of how difficult it is to find complete copies of this LP you will be VERY hard pressed to find an upgrade to this. Incredible copy!!

. EX+ The cover is holding up beautifully for its age! The front cover is beautifully clean and with a rich colour with no dirt buildup on the lamination (which is so common on 60's LP sleeves). There are one or two tiny creases in the lamination and a couple down the spineedge. The top and bottom seams are both holding perfectly. The spine is holding perfectly with has just one little crease in the middle of it. The edges of the spine are pinched indicating that this is an original press. The back cover has a tiny hint of ringwear and a few light spots of discolouration but overall is looking clean and colourful. NM The vinyl has a beautifully crisp 'just pressed' shine to it and the playing surface is pretty much clear bar a couple of very light, faint scuffs which look like they were most probably caused by the disc being taken out of the sleeve. The record plays with an awesomely clear sound with pretty much no background crackle whatsoever! Incredible record!   Side 1   Side 2   .
. M- Both labels are clean, crisp and clear with awesomely crisp, sharp, bright silver text. Both labes have literally only 1 solitary, whispery, barely visible spindlemark and have no wear whatsoever around the centerhole. Perfect labels!   Side 1   Side 2   .
.   A close-up of the sticker on the sleeve. One corner has a tiny crease in it which suggests that it someone may have tried to pick at it in the past but apart from that and a little light wear around the edges the sticker is stuck tight.   The original stereo custom inner is included and is in EX condition. The inner is looking great with no splits or tears and only a few light creases in the corners. There's no wear along the opening.         The poster is in MINT- condition! There are no tears, no creases and the only thing I can see wrong is a tiny bit of wear in the center where the folds meet up. Apart from that small thing the poster is absolutely flawless!   The back of the poster to show that there are no marks, stains or anything.           The complete set!       .

Refunds
Everybody's grading is different; one persons NM might be another persons VG. If you are at all unhappy with the record then please email me and let me know for a full refund plus the postage cost to get it back to me. The record must get back to me in the exact same condition it left however else this offer is void.

Insurance
All items sent within the UK are sent Recorded Delivery as standard. If a record sells highly I'll put up the option for special delivery in case you which to have it sent in this way. All LPs are sent overseas to places outside the UK are sent uninsured as standard small packet airmail. If you live outside the UK and win a record for a lot of money it is highly recommended that insurance is paid for - the option will be there in the invoice I'll send after the auction ends. If no insurance is taken and the LP is lost in transit there is sadly very little, if anything I can do.

Items Lost in the Mail
If your LP hasn't gotten to you and you're at all worried then please don't hesitate to get in touch so that it can be sorted out. Most likely it's just because I haven't been able to get to the post office due to work commitments. If however it has been posted out and not arrived then I will do everything I can to chase it up and try and find it again. Every record sent within the UK is sent recorded delivery so if it does go walkies there's always that to fall back on and chase up. Unless otherwise requested or paid for all overseas items are sent standard airmail so if they disappear there is very little, if anything I can do. I collect proof of purchase with every item I post.

Items Damaged in the Mail
I professionally pack all of my records between strong 12" corrugated stiffeners and sent in a sturdy cardboard LP mailing envelope for full protection whilst in transit. In all my years of buying and selling on eBay only one record I have sent out has arrived broken at its destination (and that was only because the postman obviously couldn't read the large 'FRAGILE' and 'DO NOT BEND' marks on it as he folded it up to put through the letterbox!!). Since the fault of the breakage lies with the postal service your best bet is to tackle them about the problem. I'll help any way I can.

The grading system I use when determining the condition of my vinyl
The 'Record Collectors' Grading System.
Taken from the Rare Record Price Guide book   Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertisied as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Near Mint (NM) The record looks brand new with no scuffing or any deterioration in sound quality and only the smallest hint that its ever been played. The cover and any additional extras are clean, crisp and with no wear whatsoever. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. Fair (F) The record is still just about playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
